Alexander Seglem

Alexander Seglem is a Project Manager at LCK since February 2024, specializing in Project and Program Management as an Owner's Representative. Previously, Alexander served as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Frampton Construction from December 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing project schedules, budgets, client satisfaction, and overall project success. Alexander's career began at New South Construction, where roles spanned from Project Manager to Project Intern and Project Engineer from January 2017 to September 2018, with a focus on submittal and invoice reviews, coordination with subcontractors, providing technical direction, and managing LEED documentation. Alexander holds a B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Georgia Southern University, attended from 2005 to 2010, and graduated from St. Pius X Catholic High School in 2005.
