Alastair Thornton, AIA, NCARB, is a Senior Associate at LCM Architects since April 2013, previously serving as a Revit/CAD Designer at Point of Light from April 2012 to March 2013. Notable projects include contributions to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter locations in Orlando, Hollywood, and Osaka, as well as Hengqin Ocean Kingdom in Macau and Transformers: The Ride in Orlando. Alastair gained foundational experience as an intern at Gensler in the summer of 2010. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology (2008-2011) and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (2004-2008).
