Justin Hedman is an experienced professional in the fields of accessibility and bioprocessing, currently serving as an Accessibility Specialist at LCM Architects since July 2022. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Bioreactor Operator at Synata Bio from January 2020 to July 2022 and held the position of Assistant Pilot Plant Specialist at the Integrated Bioprocessing Research Laboratory for a brief period in 2019. Academic experience includes roles as a Research Assistant in both Agricultural and Biological Engineering and Crop Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Justin contributed to various research projects, data analysis, and laboratory work. Justin holds a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Systems Management, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
