Brooke started their career in 2004 as an Accounting Clerk and Administrative Assistant at West Jefferson Medical Center, where they gained experience in handling financial records and administrative tasks. In 2010, they joined Fresenius Medical Care as a Patient Account Representative, specializing in insurance billing and collections. Their responsibilities included resolving claims issues, retrieving electronic remittance advice, and conducting account research. In 2014, they joined LCMC Health as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Overall, Brooke has a diverse range of experience in healthcare finance and administration.
