Jared Price MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jared began their career as a Human Resources Office Clerk at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center in 2007. Jared then worked as a Project Cost Analyst and later as a Human Resources Assistant at Cameron from 2009 to 2013. At Ochsner Health System, they served as a Sr. Professional/Technical Recruiter from 2013 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Health Care Travel Nurse Recruiter at Gifted Healthcare from 2018 to 2019. Jared then joined Touro Infirmary as a Nurse Recruiter in 2019, where they successfully implemented recruitment technology and reduced agency spend. Most recently, they have been employed at LCMC Health, first as a Talent Acquisition Partner from 2020 to 2021, and currently as a Human Resources Information System Analyst, leading the Workday Implementation project and managing a large requisition workload. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Health Care Management from the same university, completing it from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter from Lean Human Capital, obtained in January 2014.
