Craig Toerpe is an experienced professional in charitable gift planning and stewardship, currently serving as a Gift Planning Counselor for The LCMS Foundation since May 2019, focusing on developing Christian estate gift plans. Previously, Craig held positions such as Director of Stewardship and Gifting at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and Director of the Annual Fund & Student Relations at Concordia University Wisconsin, where responsibility included annual gift solicitation and fostering student-donor relationships. Additional experience includes coaching boys' varsity soccer at Living Word Lutheran High School and teaching various science subjects at Orlando Lutheran Academy. Craig holds a Master of Education degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology & Sports Medicine from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
