Larry Mulligan

Larry Mulligan is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at LCNB National Bank. Prior to this role, Larry held various positions at First Financial Bank, including Director of Community Development Lending and President of Butler Warren Markets. Larry also served as the Mayor of the City of Middletown, Ohio from January 2008 to December 2019. Larry holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University and has completed programs at the American Bankers Association, Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University, and the Ohio Bankers Association School of Banking at Ohio University.
