Bassel Sweid

Bassel Sweid is a Director of Corporate Development at LCR Capital Partners based in Dubai, UAE. Bassel is responsible for LCR’s growth in the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA) by educating existing and new clients about LCR’s offerings, and expanding LCR’s channel partners network in the region, in addition to exploring new potential markets and attractive investment opportunities for LCR’s clients.

Prior to joining LCR, Bassel worked with several multinational investment advisory firms for 8 years, with a focus on the investment migration industry. Bassel was involved in business partnership development and investment sales and advisory to thousands of HNWIs in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and managed to sell more than USD 50 Million worth of government funds and international real estate. Bassel’s experience also involves setting up marketing strategies, business plans, developing training programs and managing teams of investment advisors. Before that, Bassel worked in several industries in the MENA region, including IT, recruitment and real estate market research and advisory.

Bassel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
