Gil Martinez

Gil Martinez is an experienced telecommunications supervisor currently serving as the Supervisor of TOCC Operations at LCRA since April 2015, overseeing the monitoring of various communication systems at the Telecommunications Operations Control Center. Previously, Gil held roles as TOCC Operations Lead and Deputy Operations Manager in the United States Air Force, managing radio and SATCOM systems and facilitating critical communications. Gil holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from The University of Dallas, an MBA in Logistics from St. Edward's University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Tarleton State University, complemented by two associate degrees in Information Technology and General Studies.
