Gina Rubio-Church

Gina Rubio-Church, PMP, has extensive experience in construction management and project oversight, currently serving as Manager of Construction Management at LCRA since June 2001. In this role, Gina manages large, complex projects from initiation to implementation, overseeing project charters, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and compliance with quality controls. Previous roles at LCRA include Sr. Project Manager and Supervisor of Construction Management, as well as Engineering Associate II, where Gina contributed to transmission line rebuilds and substation enhancements. Prior to LCRA, Gina worked as an Associate Engineer at CenterPoint Energy, focusing on foundation design for transmission line towers and substation structures. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
