Phillip Hale has extensive experience in project and program management across various roles, currently serving as a System Analyst at Texas Health and Human Services since May 2022. In parallel, Phillip has held the position of Manager in Quality Service and Planning at LCRA since April 2018, managing large projects for the Digital Services PMO and reporting project status and financials to Executive Management. Prior experience includes time as a Program Manager at Walmart, where responsibilities encompassed IT policy compliance and oversight of Sarbanes-Oxley audits, as well as a decade at Dell, where Phillip managed global initiatives and compliance. Phillip has also completed self-study in PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and holds education credentials from Kent State University and Villanova University.
