Troy Snead Jr.

Troy Snead Jr. is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as the Construction Manager Lead at LCRA since January 2021. Previously, Troy held various managerial roles such as Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Manager in the transitional period between July and October 2020 and worked as a Technical Welding Specialist and Quality Manager at Zachry Group from November 2017 to May 2020.
