Corporate Governance and Risk Management

The Corporate Governance and Risk Management team at LCRA is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing corporate policies, and overseeing risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization. The team comprises the General Auditor, General Counsel, Secretary, and Vice Chair, who collaboratively develop and implement governance frameworks and risk management plans to support LCRA's mission of providing essential services to Texans.
