Adel Saber is a seasoned Mechanical Integrity Engineer currently leading the Mechanical Integrity Program at LCY Elastomers LP, focusing on continuous improvement and procedure development since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Mechanical Integrity Lead Inspector at BAYSTAR, where oversight of internal and external audits was conducted to ensure mechanical reliability. Adel also held positions as an ACTT Site Supervisor and API Inspector at BAYSTAR, followed by roles as an Inspector at Turner Specialty Service and NDE Inspector at Acuren Industrial Services and TechCorr USA, where expertise in various inspection methods and data quality assurance was applied. Earlier experience as a Metallurgical Engineer at Iran Zob Casting involved developing metallurgical analysis procedures and innovative solutions for manufacturing high-performance steel components. Adel holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Azad University, earned from 2004 to 2009.
