Warren P. Baker

Warren P. Baker, III is a co-founder of LDA Capital and has spent over a decade as a multi-strategy investor specializing in cross-border transactions. Warren brings comprehensive capital markets industry knowledge and expertise having identified, structured and executed investment opportunities across the capital structure in over 125 transactions, spanning more than 30 countries, across Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Warren graduated from Babson College in 2003, with a BS in Business Management, with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Baker was born in Colombia, and Spanish is his first language. Mr. Baker has completed a Master of Science in Global Finance jointly developed by the HKUST Business School and NYU Stern School of Business.
