Danielle Coates

Danielle Coates, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently leads the Human Resources function at LDDBlueline, specializing in recruiting for architecture, design, and planning roles since July 2023. With extensive experience in the HR field, Danielle previously served at Southeastern Laundry Equipment, overseeing HR policies and recruiting across multiple states, and managing employee engagement and retention initiatives from December 2020 to June 2023. Prior roles included regional HR responsibilities at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, focusing on compliance, employee relations, and full-cycle recruiting, and leading the HR department at Valuation Management Group from April 2009 to March 2018, where Danielle developed HR policies and managed internal communications. Danielle's HR expertise is underscored by earlier experience in diverse industries from 2005 to 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kennesaw State University. Additionally, Danielle holds a TESOL/TEFL certification from the Canadian Institute of English.
