Connor Schanie

Connor Schanie has been involved in land acquisition at LDG Development, LLC since June 2023, where responsibilities include identifying and purchasing parcels of land for residential construction, conducting market analysis, and negotiating with landowners. Prior to this role, Connor served as a Resident Services Coordinator at Jets Pizza from May 2020 to August 2023 and held various positions including Restaurant Manager at Topgolf from January to April 2023 and Assistant Manager at Kentuckiana Pool Management from May to September 2022. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs at the University of Louisville, with an expected graduation date in May 2025.
