Rick E. Cunningham, RA, F.SAME, is an experienced professional in public relations, development, and urban planning with a diverse background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Senior Public Relations and Development Manager for LDG Development, LLC, since October 2022, Rick is also a co-owner of Eye Popping Promotions, LLC, which specializes in promotional product distribution and consulting. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Development Services for DeKalb County Government and positions at Autodesk, Atkins, and as City Planning Director for the City of Omaha. Rick's early career involved significant leadership roles in business development and project management at HDR Engineering, Kirkham Michael, and Ambrose Jackson Associates. Rick holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
