Shanara Mahaarachchi

Shanara Mahaarachchi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. Starting in 2017, Shanara served as a Board Member for iSTEM Without Borders until 2020. In 2018, Shanara worked as a Hostess at Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market, where they trained new employees and supervised order-taking and cleaning. During the same year, Shanara also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at California State University, Northridge, conducting experiments and preparing solutions. In 2020, Shanara interned as a Finance Intern at Sledish, followed by a Marketing Internship at POWER.GLOBAL in 2021. Currently, Shanara holds the position of Business Development Associate at LDI Connect, starting in 2023.

Shanara Mahaarachchi is the recipient of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University, which they obtained in the years 2018 to 2022. Prior to their college education, Shanara attended La Reina High School from 2011 to 2018, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
