Currently serving as General Manager at LDK Seniors' Living since March 2023, Katrina oversees the delivery of care services for 300 residents, leading a team of over 50 staff. Previously, Katrina held the position of Head of Operations at Brand New Constructions, managing day-to-day business activities and ensuring compliance in a specialized construction firm. With a strong background in client relations, Katrina served as Head of HVC Digital in London for William Hill, where strategic growth and loyalty among high-value clientele were prioritized. Prior roles included Senior VIP Account Manager at Rank Group and Project Manager at Symmetra, showcasing strong leadership and project management skills. Katrina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Charles Sturt University and diplomas in Events Management and Advanced Management from Meadowbank College.
