Joseph Tenzin Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joseph Tenzin is currently working as a Business Mentor at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Vision Plan, an innovation capacity building service. Joseph Tenzin also served as the Chairman and Founder of LDN CBD, a company focused on sustainable lifestyles and tech innovation.

Joseph has been involved in various advisory and leadership roles throughout their career. Joseph Tenzin was a Member of the Board of Advisors at Sustainable Impact Token, a blockchain-based platform for renewable energy assets. Joseph Tenzin also served as the Executive Director of Ideapolis Creative, a boutique design agency specializing in Innovation Labs and Community Spaces.

Furthermore, Joseph has demonstrated their commitment to sustainability and urban communities through their role as a London Leader in the London Sustainable Development Commission. Joseph Tenzin was selected as one of twelve sustainability leaders chosen by the Mayor of London. Joseph also co-founded and served as the CEO of We Impact, one of the first social enterprises in China focusing on sustainable lifestyles and tech innovation.

Additionally, Joseph has served as a Board Director at the Green Meetings Industry Council, a non-profit professional meetings association dedicated to sustainability in the events industry. Joseph Tenzin has also been involved with One Young World, serving on their Advisory Board and as the China Director, where they researched and secured future leaders of China and conducted a public relations campaign.

Joseph Tenzin Oliver has a diverse education history. In 2003-2006, they attended the University of the Arts London, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Central Saint Martins, specializing in Fine Art - 4th Dimension. In 2015-2016, Joseph pursued a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation at the Executive Education program of Stanford Graduate School of Business. Joseph Tenzin also completed a 3-month online course in Theory U at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Joseph has completed an Introduction to Corporate Finance program at The Wharton School, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Joseph Tenzin further expanded their knowledge by taking a Money and Society MOOC at the University of Cumbria's Institute for Leadership and Sustainability, and explored GNH in Business at the Gross National Happiness Centre Bhutan. Furthermore, Joseph obtained a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in February 2018.
