Rob Bagley

Rob Bagley, PhD, is the Manager of Career Services at Ensign College since April 2018, focusing on preparing graduates for the workforce with integrity and personal characteristics aligned with the values of Jesus Christ. Previously, Rob served as a Solar Energy Advisor at Genuine Solar, where advisory services centered on the benefits of solar energy for homeowners. Experience also includes a Senior Sales Development Representative role at MasterControl, emphasizing efficiency in the life sciences sector, as well as positions as a Mental Health Therapist at Anchorage Juvenile Probation, TATC, and Fourth Street Clinic, providing therapeutic support and intervention programs. Rob's career began as a Project Manager at Feature Films for Families, overseeing sales and technical support, and includes research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Georgia. Rob holds a PhD in Child & Family Development and Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Marriage, Family and Human Development from Brigham Young University.
