Prior to their current role, Simon held various positions in companies such as Pareto Securities and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Luxembourg, where Simon gained experience in fixed income trading, sales, and advisory roles. Simon also has a background in private banking and sales. Simon holds a Master of Finance degree from Lund University and a Finance degree from HEC Montréal.
