Andrada Tataruca is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer service, design, and communication. Currently serving as a Server at Le Bilboquet since October 2020, Andrada excels in delivering high-quality service to high-profile clients and consistently achieves sales goals through effective upselling. Previous roles include a Graphic Design Intern at Furman Roth Advertising, where innovative graphic designs and copy were developed collaboratively, and serving at Gurney's Resorts, where resilience and service excellence were demonstrated in a high-pressure environment. Andrada also held leadership as Head Bartender at Kellari Taverna, participated in competitions at Saatchi & Saatchi leading to recognition in brand identity development, and gained foundational skills through internships at Forbes Romania, RTV Galati-Braila, and the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Company. Andrada holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Bucharest and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Le Bilboquet
After closing the original iconic 35-seat restaurant that started it all, Le Bilboquet reopened on East 60th Street in New York City, keeping the simple yet exclusive bistro feel. The picturesque Sag Harbor location came four years later. Le Bilboquet has outposts in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Palm Beach. In New York City you can also find the gorgeous Fleming and the petít Café Bilboquet.
