Catherine Lye

Catherine Lye is the Head of Finance at Le Boat, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, Catherine was the Financial Controller at Travelopia from 2021 to 2024 and Head of Risk and Compliance during the same period. From 2011 to 2018, they served as Risk and Assurance Senior Manager at DMGT plc, managing internal audits and developing risk management methodologies. Catherine also gained valuable experience as a Manager at Deloitte from 2003 to 2011, where they scoped and managed numerous internal controls reviews for large global organizations. They hold a first-class degree in Mathematics with Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
