Pierre-Emmanuel DUBREUIL is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in IT and project management, currently serving as part-time CTO and transition CIO at Oliv-IT since September 2022, advising SMEs on system optimization and human-centered IT strategies. DUBREUIL also holds advisory roles as CTO Advisor at Stratos and as a consultant for le Cèdre, while contributing as part-time CTO at CO-CTO and as a technical architect consultant at Scalizer. Former co-founder of DispenCare, DUBREUIL played a key role in creating healthcare centers in Pays-de-Loire, enhancing collaboration between healthcare professionals. Previous positions include leading the Syd Apps division at GROUPE SYD and managing projects at Moventes, Sopra, and Blu Age, with an educational background in IT Engineering and Software Techniques from prestigious universities.
