Tim Koester MBA, MCJ has extensive work experience, beginning with an internship at Alcoa in 1997, followed by a role as Safety & Health Professional at the City of Davenport in 2009. In the same year, they also began working as an Associate Professor at Ashford University. In 2015, they became the Director of Risk Management; HR & EHS at Allen Blasting and Coating, Inc. and in 2016, they took on the role of Safety and Environmental Manager at The HON Company. In 2019, they were hired as Safety Manager at Wyffels Hybrids and in 2021, they became Regional Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager - Midwest at GTI. Currently, they are employed as Environment, Health and Safety Manager at LeClaire Manufacturing Co.

Tim Koester earned their Administration degree from Western Illinois University in 1997, majoring in Law Enforcement, Security, and Safety. Tim then went on to obtain their MCJ from St. Ambrose University in 2003, specializing in Industrial Relations and Policy Development. Finally, in 2006, they obtained their MBA from the University of Phoenix, focusing on Human Resources.
