Olivier Toustou

Olivier Toustou currently serves as Deputy CEO at Le Comptoir de Mathilde since March 2022. Prior to this role, Olivier held various positions at Gyma SAS from 2007 to March 2022, including Chief Operating Officer, Industrial Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. Olivier's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at TRANS EURO TEAM from 2001 to 2007. In terms of education, Olivier obtained an Executive MBA from ICG between 2012 and 2014, focusing on Management des organisations, and completed a maîtrise in Gestion logistique, des matériaux et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement/production at ISEMA from 2000 to 2002.
