Chef Ileana Gomez has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Chef Ileana is currently a member of La Chaine des Rotisseurs, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Le Cordon Bleu, including Head of Quality Management and Academic Programs, Academic Director, and Director of Academic and Sales at Le Cordon Bleu Mexico. Additionally, they served as the Head of Quality and Compliance Academic at Universidad Anahuac Mexico. Chef Ileana began their career as a Chef de Partie at a hotel in 1994.

Chef Ileana Gomez started their education in 1990 at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. Chef Ileana studied Relaciones Internacionales (International Relations) and completed their studies in 1993. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where they pursued Culinary Arts and obtained Le Grand Diplome.
