Patrick Martin

Patrick Martin is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the culinary education sector. Since January 1993, Patrick has served as Executive Director at Le Cordon Bleu and has held the position of Executive Director at Le Cordon Bleu Sao Paulo since 2018. Additionally, Patrick has been the Vice President of Culinary & Development for Le Cordon Bleu International since January 1987. From January 2013, Patrick has also fulfilled the role of President at Optimus l'Equipe. Earlier in their career, Patrick was a Chef Instructor at La Varenne from January 1984 to December 1986, showcasing a strong foundation in culinary teaching and development.
