Thomas Stork is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Director Técnico at Le Cordon Bleu since September 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Executive Chef at Hotel Puente Romano from December 2011 to September 2022, and at Hotel Los Monteros 5* GL from March 2009 to November 2011. Thomas's culinary education was completed at Staatliche Berufschule Garmisch Partenkirchen, where a degree in Koch was awarded between 1987 and 1990.
