Ricardo Tisi

Ricardo joined Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos in 1995 and became a partner in 2007. He heads the Labor Group and has specialized in labor, pensions and immigration matters. He has served as legal counsel in collective bargaining processes, structuring of compensation packages, stock options programs, labor aspects of the restructuring of companies, subcontracting of services, labor audits to prevent conflicts, trainer to managers and HR personnel and designed the labor structure for new companies. He is also a key player in labor trials.
