Lucile Nicosia

Lucile Nicosia is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in training and education focused on gender equality and the prevention of sexism and sexual violence. Currently serving as Responsable formation at Le Planning Familial, Lucile oversees training activities and ensures compliance with the Qualiopi standard. In addition to this role, Lucile works as a formaitrice occasionnelle at the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale, and has contributed as a conférencière and formateur at various organizations, including Hally and Gloria, leading workshops and conferences aimed at promoting gender equality. Lucile has held leadership roles, including Responsable du pôle formation at DU COTE DES FEMMES and co-founding the architecture firm Belle Ville Atelier d'Architecture. Lucile holds a Master's degree in Gender Studies from Université Paris 8, along with numerous certifications in related fields.
