Vel Moonien

Vel Moonien is an experienced editor and correspondent with a diverse portfolio spanning multiple media organizations. Currently serving as Editor at Today in Seychelles since August 2023, Moonien has also held positions as Correspondent for Reporters sans frontières (RSF) and the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime since May 2018 and May 2020, respectively. Other notable roles include Consultant for gCaptain, Contributing Writer for African Arguments, and Correspondent for MONDAFRIQUE and Le Quotidien de la Réunion.
