Bruno Koebel

Bruno Koebel has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as the Directeur général des services for Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg since March 2009, overseeing an administration of over 7000 agents. Previously, Bruno has held roles such as Directeur général adjoint des services, where responsibilities included managing finances and sustainable logistics, and Directeur adjoint du conseil, de la performance et des affaires juridiques, leading a team of 63 agents across various services. Additionally, Bruno served as Chef du service des achats et de la commande publique, managing public procurement processes. Beyond municipal roles, Bruno has been an educator at Institut national des études territoriales and Institut national du service public since 2019 and 2007, respectively, and contributed as a juriste marchés publics at Conseil Départemental du Bas-Rhin from 2003 to 2009. Bruno holds advanced degrees in public administration and public law from the University of Strasbourg.
