Eliabel Seys is currently the Cheffe de projet santé environnementale et Une seule santé at Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg, overseeing the European URBACT project "One Health 4 Cities" and coordinating environmental health initiatives. Previously, Eliabel worked as a Chargée de mission at the Agence Régionale de Santé Grand Est and held various roles during their academic journey, including positions at the Faculté des Sciences de la Vie and the Laboratoire de Neurosciences Cognitives et Adaptatives at Université de Strasbourg. Eliabel earned a Master 2 in Promotion de la santé et Prévention from EHESP and a Master's in Neurosciences cognitives from Université de Strasbourg.
