Sara Knee is an accomplished strategy director with extensive experience in leading and developing innovative marketing campaigns for various clients across multiple industries. Currently serving as Strategy Director at Le Truc since December 2022, Sara previously held the same title at Havas, where key projects included leading the strategy for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s "Stay Amazing" campaign and overseeing initiatives for Resolve and Air Wick. Sara's career also includes senior strategist roles at FCB New York, where significant contributions were made to the FDA's anti-vaping campaign and the global repositioning of Centrum. With prior experience as a consultant and director at agencies such as Lippe Taylor and J. Walter Thompson, Sara has a strong foundation in consumer research, brand development, and integrated communications. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Fine Arts from Hofstra University.
