Sheri Shafer

Sheri Shafer is an experienced professional in business analysis and project management, currently serving as Associate Director of Business Analysis at Optum since July 2022. Sheri has an extensive background in various roles, including Promoter at Le-Vel, Independent Representative at Zyia Active, and Independent Consultant at Thirty-One Gifts, all held concurrently since August 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group from April 2015 to July 2022 and Project Manager at Logistics Health Incorporated from April 2012 to April 2015, complemented by roles as Trainer and Technical Writer at Trane Company from January 1997 to April 2012. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is a graduate of Waupun High School.
