Tammy Carter

Tammy Carter, BS ACSM CCEP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and health care management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations in Medicine-Cardiology and Cardiovascular Research at Baylor College of Medicine since March 2025, Tammy has also been the Chief Executive Officer of All-Squared Away LLC since September 1998, where the focus is on helping clients achieve organization in their personal and professional lives. Additional roles include Promoter at Le-Vel since 2016, Director of Practice Integration and Clinic Administrator III at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic from April 2008 to March 2025, Independent Senior Consultant for Creative Memories from 2004 to 2012, and Non-Invasive Cardiology Director at Red Oak Cardiovascular Center from January 1996 to March 2008. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas A&M University, completed in 1996.
