Pierre Dunoyer

Pierre Dunoyer is currently in training for AI software development at Le Wagon, beginning in October 2025. Prior to this, Pierre served as a Customer Care Expert and later as Customer Care Manager at Partoo from January 2019 to November 2025, where responsibilities included personalized support for key accounts, client onboarding, project management, and process improvement. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Client Manager at Lonsdale Design in 2018, focusing on client requests and project coordination, and as an Assistant Commercial at Cocolis in 2016, managing customer inquiries and marketing campaigns. Pierre holds a Master 2 degree in Design and Innovation from ICN Business School and has also studied at National Cheng Kung University and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, alongside completing a BTS in Business Unit Management at Lycée Hector Berlioz.
