Sebastian Buffo Sempé

Sebastian Buffo Sempé has extensive work experience in various roles. Sebastian started their career at LATAM Airlines, where they worked as an intern and later held positions as an Analyst in Commercial Schedule & Network Planning and as a Team Leader in International On Time Performance. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing and optimizing flight schedules, developing forecasting models, and implementing operational projects.

Currently, Buffo Sempé works at Le Wagon, a company focused on teaching technical and digital skills. Sebastian started as a Co-founder of Le Wagon Argentina, where they were involved in the launch and development of the team and ecosystem in Argentina. Sebastian also played a key role in onboarding teachers and organizing webinars, workshops, and talks. Buffo Sempé later became the Vice President of Latin America at Le Wagon, where they have been involved in various responsibilities such as teaching, curriculum development, strategic planning, and expanding programs to the Spanish-speaking market.

In 2012, they had an international exchange at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, specializing in General Engineering. In 2017, they attended Le Wagon, where they completed a program in Full Stack Development, focusing on Ruby on Rails and React.
