Draden Gaffney

Draden Gaffney is a software engineer with experience in diverse roles, currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Lead since March 2024 while also co-founding Finit Loyalty in January 2023. Previous experience includes positions as a Member of Technical Staff at Anchorage Digital, focused on the lending team, and as a Full Stack Engineer at Pave, where Draden developed models and APIs for job application processing. During an internship at Facebook, backend architecture for ad services was designed, and earlier roles include software engineering for Casino Scouts, LLC., and business analysis at SCCG Management. Draden holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, completed in 2020, and briefly attended Carnegie Mellon University in 2015.
