Roger Morris

Roger Morris is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate Regulatory Product Counsel at Lead since July 2024. Previously, Roger held the position of Associate General Counsel at Compliance Alliance from May 2021 to June 2024, where extensive guidance was provided to over 300 financial institutions on regulatory compliance, and educational resources were developed. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs, LLP, where focus areas included commercial lending transactions and real estate matters. Roger holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky.
