Neha Gupta CHRM, CHRC is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in staffing and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at LEAD Contracting & Trading Ltd. since December 2018, Neha collaborates with senior management to address staffing needs for projects. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Service Coordinator at FedEx, where involvement in the integration of TNT took place, and as an HR Coordinator at BESIX, focusing on job evaluations and labor relations. Neha has also worked at Bausch + Lomb, where talent acquisition efforts were successfully led, and held roles in administrative and reporting functions at Jaipuria Group - Cosmo Ferrites and Eureka Forbes Ltd.
