Thor Molly-Søholm

Thor Molly-Søholm has extensive work experience in various roles. Thor started their career in 2000 as Vice President in Ramboll and Managing Director in ATTRACTOR, where they were responsible for business development and managing consultants. During this time, they also worked directly with managers on topics such as change management, coaching, and project management. In 2006, they were named "Young Business Leader of the Year in East Jutland." In 2009, Thor joined Aalborg University as a Study Associate Professor in management, organizational learning, and coaching. Thor worked in this role until 2018. Alongside their academic career, Thor also served as a Think Tank Member in talent development at Tænketanken DEA from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they became the CEO of LEAD - enter next level, a position they still hold.
