Chester Spellman

Chester Spellman is the Founder and President of CW Spellman Consulting, a consulting firm providing strategic, management, and fundraising services to nonprofit organizations. Chester also serves as the Senior Vice President at Lead For America. Previously, Chester was the Director of AmeriCorps State and National at AmeriCorps, overseeing significant funds for AmeriCorps members across the country. Prior to that, Chester was the Chief Executive Officer at Volunteer Florida, managing millions in funds for volunteer programs. Chester also served as the Director of Appointments for the State of Florida. Chester holds a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries and Religious Studies from Southeastern University.
