Ava Lewis

Ava Lewis currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Lead Forensics, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Ava was the Business Unit Director at EIMS from October 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included driving client performance, managing talent, and overseeing profitability. Ava's experience also includes serving as Operations Director at Genius Money from September 2020 to October 2022, focusing on operational strategy and resource management. Earlier roles include Head of Operations at MarketMakers, where the management of client accounts and telemarketing teams was paramount, along with positions as Operations Manager and Direct Marketing Manager. Ava began their career at Capita as a Sales Team Leader, successfully motivating a sales team. Ava holds a Foundation degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2019.
