Kerry Swanson

Kerry Swanson has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Kerry began their career as a Recruiter for Botsford Associates, then in 2017 they moved to Consulting Services as a Career Coach and Recruitment Consultant. In 2019, they began working for the City of Glenwood Springs as a Human Resource Generalist, managing HR operations for 340 active employees. In 2022, they moved to Employers Council as a Human Resource Generalist, where they are currently responsible for hiring and training initiatives for the Internal Human Resources Department, supporting almost 200 employees for consulting, legal, and payroll positions.

Kerry Swanson attended Arapahoe Community College, where they earned an Information Technology degree in Database Design and Development. Prior to that, they attended Western Colorado University, where they studied Business Administration. In May 2022, they obtained a certification from The Gottman Institute in Gottman Method Couple's Therapy Level 1: Bridging the Couple Chasm.
