Marnel Mola SPHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. From 1997 to 2000, Marnel worked as the Human Resources Manager for Bailey Metal Products Limited. From 2000 to 2005, Marnel was the Human Resources Manager for Keller Homes, Inc. From 2005 to present, Marnel has been the Director, Corporate Training and Events for Employers Council, leading the strategy and execution for all Employers Council training and events across all regions and all 5 offices. Additionally, Marnel is the Director for the Southern Region, focusing on business development to further Employers Council's reach and strengthen their ability to assist employers. Marnel also provides consultation, training, and presentations, offering advice and guidance to employer organizations on a variety of topics to include; staffing, employee relations, performance management, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, compensation and benefits. Marnel also develops and delivers dynamic educational seminars and presentations related to various employment topics, and researches trends and regulations.

Marnel Mola SPHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP has a long educational history. In 2003-2004, they earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Regis University. Prior to that, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1990-1992. Lastly, they attended Park Hill High School from 1987-1990. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Integral Coach certification from New Ventures West in November 2018.
