Dr. Steven Hays

Dr. Steven Hays is an accomplished academic and leadership facilitator with extensive experience in higher education and leadership development. Currently an Associate Professor at Regent University since July 2016, Dr. Hays teaches in the College of Allied and Behavioral Health, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Business and Leadership. In addition to academic responsibilities, Dr. Hays has served as a facilitator for Lead Like Jesus since September 2015, conducting interactive workshops aimed at enhancing leadership skills based on the teachings of Jesus. Prior to their current position, Dr. Hays was an Associate Professor in the Masters in Health Administration Program at Roberts Wesleyan College from January 2006 to June 2016. Dr. Hays holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Winthrop University.
